1. You hereby grant consent to PRO Elsyco s.r.o., with registered office at Pod Hrází 87, Spojil, 53002, ID: 26009986, registered in the public register kept at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, section C, file 19904 (hereinafter referred to as th e "Administrator"), to Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") processed the following personal data:

   • e-mail.

   • the right to object to processing according to Article 21 of the Regulation;
   • the right to data portability according to Article 20 of the Regulation; and
   • the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or digitally to the Administrator's address or email.

5. The Administrator declares that all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data have been taken.

6. The Administrator declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.
